How likely are our clients to recommend us
The Net Promoter score is a way of measuring customer loyalty and service quality.
In his landmark book, the Ultimate Question, Fred Reichheld revealed that customer satisfaction is best measured by one simple question, “How likely is it that you’d recommend this business to a friend or colleague?”
We asked our clients how likely they were to recommend us as someone to work with, on a scale of 0 to 10 (zero being not at all; 10 being absolutely).
The survey results (plus a quick calculation) reveal a score between -100 and +100. According to the Ultimate Question, “Top service providers fall in to the +50 to +80 range.”
The previous fiscal year (Sept ’11 to Aug ’12) we scored +62. Our target for August 2013 is +72.
