Privacy

We respect our clients’ right to privacy. Any personal information we collect, use, or disclose will be used solely for the client relationship and at no time will any person or persons, other than Jouta associates and partners, have access to this information except as otherwise authorized by the client, or as required by law. Confidentiality

We agree that all information provided to us as the coach, HR consultant, or mentor will be kept strictly confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon.

During our relationship with you as a client, you may share future plans, business dealings, and other personal or proprietary information with us. We will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information.

We will not give out the name of any client as a reference without that client’s consent. Our relationship with you as a client is strictly confidential unless you choose to make the information public.
