We hired Jouta to assist us through a merger of two big companies. We picked Jouta for their holistic approach to HR. They go beyond HR and assist you with the company vision and goals, and also your communication strategies. We were impressed with the one-to-one interviews and the detailed reports that ensued and the employee handbooks they wrote as a result of drawing comparisons of policies from the two companies. Also, they did a culture survey and did a great presentation to the management team and got them to agree to a common culture.
